A report from Portugal has emerged appearing to explain the exact terms of Viktor Gyokeres' impending transfer to Arsenal.
The Gunners have been working tirelessly to make their top striker target officially a member of Mikel Arteta's squad. Sporting director Andrea Berta has been key in the operation as he was able to quickly able to reach a club-to-club agreement once talks had accelerated last month.
football.london understands Arsenal are to pay €63.5 million (£55m) plus €10m (£8.7m) in add-ons. Meanwhile, Gyokeres has still been forced to wait because both clubs were still to come to a full settlement over exactly how those add-ons would be structured.

Now, The Athletic now say that stumbling block has been cleared and the striker has been cleared to arrive in north London and undergo a medical as the final stage of the process.
As source of such a hold up to the entire deal, the exact calculation of the Gyokeres add-ons has been of particular intrigue.
Portuguese publication A Bola believe they know what these figures are down to the minute deals.
They say first for every 20 appearances in which the forward plays at least 45 minutes, Sporting are entitled to €1.25m (£1m). This is payable up to a limit of five times, so if Gyokeres were to make 100 Gunners appearances they will have paid €5m (£4m).
Also, for every participation in 20 goals or assists Arsenal would owe €500k (£436k). This has a limit of happening twice, so at 40 goal contributions they would have paid €1m (£872k).
Finally, for each time Arsenal qualify for the Champions League that would trigger a €1m (£872k) payment. This can happen up to a maximum of four times, totalling €4m (£3.4m) as a result.
That all equates to the €10m (£8.7m) worth of add-ons included in Gyokeres' transfer to Arsenal.
A Bola also state how the player's agents has waived €56.5m (£5.6m) in commission to help the transfer along.
Along with the latest update, The Athletic also believe Gyokeres is to wear Thierry Henry's legendary No.14 when he signs for the club.
The No.10 shirt was available but clearly there is a draw to the one he has supposedly chosen. The No.9, which he wore for Sporting, and the No.17, which he wore at Coventry City, are both already occupied by Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko respectively.
