This will make railway services easier than ever for passengers. The purpose of this app is to relieve passengers from the hassle of downloading different applications again and again.

What is the RailOne app?

RailOne is a super app, created by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems) and integrated with IRCTC. Through this app, passengers can book tickets from one place, see the live status of the train, order food, take platform tickets, and lodge complaints if needed.

This app is currently in beta testing, but will soon be available to all users on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

How to download the RailOne app?

Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile. Type RailOne in the search bar. Select CRIS's app. Download the app. After this, register with your mobile number and set m-PIN.
