Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the admit card for the UP PCS 2025 main exam. Registered candidates can download the hall ticket by visiting the official website of the commission uppsc.up.nic.in and entering the registration number and date of birth. Only those candidates will appear in the main examination, who have been declared successful in the preliminary examination. UP PCS Mains Exam will be conducted from 29 June to 2 July. The prelims exam was conducted on 22 December in one day shift. 5,76,154 candidates had applied to appear in the examination, while only 2 lakh 41 thousand 359 candidates appeared in the exam. The results were declared on 28 February. A total of 15066 candidates were finally declared successful for the main examination. Now all of them will take the main exam and will appear in the interview if successful.
UPPSC PCS Mains Exam 2025 Syllabus-Pattern: What is the syllabus and pattern of the main exam?
The main exam will be conducted in two shifts. In the first shift, the exam will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and in the second shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. In the exam, questions of 150 marks in General Hindi will be asked. At the same time, the essay will be of 150 marks and the general studies paper will be of 200 marks. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without an admit card.
UPPSC PCS 2025: How many posts are to be recruited?
The commission will recruit a total of 947 posts through this recruitment exam. The final selection will be done based on marks obtained in the main examination and interview.
