Bihar Election Phase 2 Voting: Voting for the second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly elections began on Tuesday morning across 122 constituencies amid tight security arrangements. By 9 am, the state recorded a voter turnout of 14.55%, as polling continued smoothly across districts.

According to the Election Commission, several districts reported voter enthusiasm right from the start. Gaya saw the highest turnout so far at 15.97%, followed by Kishanganj (15.81%), Jamui (15.77%), and Aurangabad (15.43%). Meanwhile, Bhagalpur (13.43%), Katihar (13.77%), and Jahanabad (13.81%) witnessed relatively lower participation in the early hours.
