The J.J. Marg Police have registered a case against Mohit Gambhir, 42, for allegedly molesting a female employee. Gambhir is also accused of threatening, pressuring, and defaming the victim by filing false police complaints.
According to the FIR, the 40-year-old complainant, a resident of South Mumbai, is a partner in a spice manufacturing company in Chembur. From February 2020 to January 2022, she was employed at B.L.G. International Hing Pvt. Ltd., located in the APMC Market, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
The victim has alleged that company owner Gambhir molested her by attempting to show her obscene videos on his mobile phone, both in his office and during work-related trips across the country, taking advantage of their professional relationship.

Police have registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and have initiated an investigation.
