Nicolas Jackson's move to Bayern Munich is reportedly back on, despite fears the unwanted Chelsea forward would be forced to return to Stamford Bridge.
Jackson has been frozen out by Blues boss Enzo Maresca after the arrivals of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro pushed him down the pecking order.
The Senegal international had jetted out to Germany this week after Chelsea agreed a deal with Bayern worth around £13m for a season-long loan, with the option to purchase for £56.3m next summer.
But after Delap picked up an injury in the 2-0 win over Fulham and was ruled out for up to eight weeks, the Blues pulled the brakes on Jackson's move - ordering him to return.
Jackson refused, however, opting to remain in Munich until the end of the deadline in hopes of a resolution to the situation.

And now, according to Sky in Germany, Jackson's perseverance has paid off because the move is now back on.
Chelsea have a serious issue in attack after also selling Christopher Nkunku to AC Milan, which leaves Pedro as their only recognised forward - which led to Chelsea ordering Jackson to return to London.
Jackson was reportedly "furious" about the potential collapse of his move after travelling all the way to Germany and made it clear he had no plans to fly back. Agent and former Fulham star Diomansky Kamara posted on social media saying: "The plane doesn't go backwards... Munich."
But after Chelsea decided to recall Marc Guiu from his loan at Sunderland, the Blues may now be open to letting Jackson join Bayern - who in turn could decide to make a permanent bid rather than a loan.
The report says Jackson's other agent Ali Barat was central to the resurrection of talks after meeting with Bayern officials on Sunday.
Chelsea have had a busy window after spending around £280m on incoming deals, while around £270m has been generated from sales.
The Blues have already sold Noni Madueke to Arsenal, while Joao Felix has joined Al-Nassr and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall signed for Everton.
