South Park's latest episode attacked US President Donald Trump earlier this week, and the White House has now broken its silence on the humiliating episode of the American cartoon. The episode in question, named Sermon On The Mount, aired on Wednesday, July 23, and it repeatedly took aim at Trump, depicting him with a micro-penis and showing him in bed with the devil.
A photograph of the world leader's face was superimposed on an animated body, and the White House was covered with nude portraits of him. Elsewhere in the episode, swipes were taken about the rising Canadian tariffs and the cancellation of The Late Show.
In another part of the show, an AI-generated version of Trump was shown wandering through a desert naked.
Things got more risqué as Trump hinted at having sex with Satan, begging: "Come on, Satan, I've been working hard all day."
However, the devil replied: "You haven't been working! You've been doing your stupid memes and just f***ing around!"
The White House has now broken its silence on the cartoon, with spokesperson Taylor Rogers issuing a scathing statement which read: "The Left's hypocrisy truly has no end - for years they have come after South Park for what they labelled as 'offence' [sic] content, but suddenly they are praising the show.
"Just like the creators of South Park, the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows.
"This show hasn't been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention.
"President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country's history - and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump's hot streak."
Fans are now fearing the programme will be axed after targeting the President, with many voicing their concerns on social media.
