The EuroMillions draw is taking place tonight (Thursday, July 25), offering players the chance to win a life-changing estimated jackpot of £119 million.
As excitement builds, ticket holders across the UK and Europe will be eagerly awaiting the results, which are expected shortly after the draw takes place at 8.45pm.
Meanwhile, the Thunderball draw will be held earlier in the evening at 8pm, with a fixed top prize of £500,000 up for grabs for anyone matching all five main numbers and the Thunderball.
EuroMillions tickets cost £2.50 and require players to choose five main numbers between 1 and 50 and two Lucky Star numbers between 1 and 12. Matching all seven numbers lands the jackpot, though there are 13 prize tiers offering smaller winnings for fewer matches.
Thunderball, on the other hand, costs just £1 per line and gives players the chance to pick five main numbers from 1 to 39 and one Thunderball from 1 to 14. This game also has multiple prize tiers, and unlike EuroMillions, the top prize does not roll over.
Both games can be played online via the National Lottery website or app, or in person at authorised retailers. Players must be at least 18 years old and purchase their tickets before 7.30pm on draw days to be eligible.
Tonight's EuroMillions jackpot is one of the largest of the year so far, making it an especially tense evening for those with a ticket in hand.
