In Agra, the drill was conducted in two parts. In the first part, a civil defence mock drill was conducted at Ganesh Ram Nagar School in Balkeshwar area. Civil defence volunteers and members of police and civil administration demonstrated necessary safety measures like rescue operations during an emergency, evacuation procedures and taking preventive actions.

The second part of the drill started at 8 pm and concluded at 8.15 pm. As part of the drill, electrical sirens went off around 8 pm at four places in the city—Agra Cantt, ADA office in Jaipur House , Central Ordnance Depot office and Jalma Institute of Leprosy in Tajganj—signalling an air raid warning. Apart from the electrical sirens, civil defence volunteers also activated hand-made sirens at 15 places in the city.

After the sirens went off, there was a complete 'blackout' in the city with people switching off lights, electrical devices and other illumination sources.

DM Bangari said, "I thank all the members of the civil defence, police and fire department, schoolchildren and NCC cadets for their cooperation in conducting this mock drill."

In Muzaffarnagar, DM Umesh Mishra said, “The hour-long drill in the district involved coordinated efforts by police, fire services, health department, NCC, scout guides and bomb disposal squads. A large number of school students and local residents actively participated.”

The drill focused on emergency response during aerial attacks, demonstrating how to ensure personal safety and assist others, Mishra said.
