Belthangady: In a tragic incident, a seemingly healthy man died after experiencing sudden chest pain in Indabettu village of Belthangady taluk.
Vajraksha Poojary (53), a resident of Kallaje Gampadakodi in Indabettu, complained of chest pain on the night of June 30. He rode his scooter to a private hospital in Ujire for treatment but sadly passed away during the course of care.
According to sources, Poojary was in good health and had returned home after his regular rubber tapping work when he began experiencing the discomfort. He is survived by his wife and a daughter.
